- Full Time, Permanent
- Territory: Leinster
Key duties include:
- Analyse sales figures, market trends and customer feedback to anticipate product needs and plan product launches/stock management
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes etc
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with Sales Reps to close deals
- Remain up to date with market trends & feedback to brand teams
- Provide brand training as required
Career experience and qualifications
- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Commercial acumen
- BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Full, clean drivers’ licence
